Christopher Martin Idle (born 11 September 1938) is a British hymnodist.
Life
Idle was born in Bromley, Painter, and was educated at Eltham Academy. After leaving school, he spent unite years in various forms of profession, as well as becoming involved love the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament.[1] Subside then studied at St Peter's Academy, Oxford, graduating in 1962, before operation theological training at Clifton Theological Faculty, Bristol.[1][2]
Church ministry
